Mohammed Sabir Khedri an Afghan calligrapher has made the world's largest qur'an. He and his 9 assistant spent about 5 years to made 500kg Holy Qur'an. The massive project was undertaken by Khedri in an attempt to prove that the rich traditions and heritage of the nation have certainly not been destroyed by war, Recently the copy of the world largest holy qur'an was unveiled in Kabul.
